Hi, I’m Dr. Lisa Griffith
I knew I wanted to be a chiropractor ever since I received chiropractic care in high school that allowed me to continue to be involved in athletics. For years I had suffered from daily headaches, assuming they were normal, but over time chiropractic care allowed me to live pain free, and showed me that while pain and discomfort is common - it is not normal. I wondered - what else could be achieved through chiropractic care?
I completed my undergraduate degree at SUNY Buffalo in 2008, then went on to graduate Cum Laude from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis in 2011. Since then I have completed advanced courses in Pediatrics and am certified in care for pregnant women using the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I have also completed post-graduate training in Acupuncture and Dry Needling to better serve my patients.
As a new mother, I have a unique perspective when working with pregnant and postpartum women and their families. My passion is helping women stay active through their pregnancies and safely return to exercise after. Recently I have begun to use my background in core and pelvic floor rehabilitation along with yoga and nutrition in my “Moving Through Motherhood” series to help women navigate the changes that come along with being a new parent.
As a native Western New Yorker, I much prefer the climate in Richmond and love being close to my extended family. I have two amazing children, Willow and Mason, and the best dogs ever - Kiko and Asher!
Hi, I’m Cathy Campbell, LMT

Cathy addresses the unique needs of each patient with the goal of bringing balance, awareness, and ease to their bodies. Her specialties include relaxation/Swedish, therapeutic, prenatal, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.
Recently Cathy completed a course on Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) to further address patients with chronic pain. CST uses light manual therapy designed to release tension in the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds our bodies.
